Simple Breathing, Movement and Mindfulness Activities
Simple breathing, movement, and mindfulness activities give young children real tools for managing their bodies and feelings, when introduced in playful, age-appropriate ways. This workshop shares a range of easy activities that can be used at home or in a setting, with no equipment required. You will leave ready to use these straight away, along with a take-home booklet of activities.
Led by Amy Byrne — BA (Hons) Level 8 in Early Childhood Education and Care, currently studying a Level 9 postgraduate in play therapy, Children First trained and a Mandated Person. One hour, with a take-home booklet and a dated certificate of attendance.

This workshop is grounded in Aistear's Well-being theme, supporting children to build a positive sense of physical and emotional wellbeing.
